Bank of Arkansas is not bound by an Escrow Agreement until it has completed a review of the final version, confirmed that the document conforms with its policies and legal review standards, agreed on a fee arrangement, and evidenced its consent by having an authorized officer execute a final version of the Escrow Agreement. Bank of Arkansas reserves the right to review, revise, and reject any Escrow Agreement presented by prospective parties and is under no obligation to provide escrow services.
