Revolving Line of Credit

• Loan Amounts: Maximum - $2.5 million
  Minimum - $5,000
• Repayment Terms: During revolving period there is no monthly minimum principal balance reduction required. Interest payment is required on a monthly basis.
• Rate: Variable
• Access: Minimum draw of $1,000
• Overdraft Feature: Line will automatically be advanced in increments of $1,000 when the balance of the checking amount tied to the credit facility enters an overdraft status.

• Collateral: Secured with new or used business equipment or vehicles.

• Purpose: Purchase or refinance of commercial property for occupancy by the business or lease to a second party or for other business purposes.
• Loan Amounts: Maximum - $2.5 million
  Minimum: $25,000
• Terms: Five, seven or ten-year balloon note based upon a 20-year amortization.
• Rate: Fixed or Variable
• Collateral: Guarantor's primary residence or commercial real estate.
